As a small company, the challenge we continually face is: how can we be heard above the noise? We are not VC funded, thus we don't have cash to burn on unlimited advertising. In fact, a lot of the modern tactics (like website pop-ups trying to get you to sign up for an email list) don't feel right for us. We are just two guys trying to make useful and delightful products and sell them for a fair price.
We realized that our superpower, our biggest asset, is YOU. Our fans. The ones that love their Studio Neat stuff, and enjoy telling others about us. We are excited to offer this referral program, as a way to thank you for what you're already doing. We figure it's a better use of our advertising budget than giving it all the Facebook.
