Durable
Built to last a lifetime.
Keen is made of custom machined stainless steel, so it is incredibly durable and has a great weight to it. It’s coated in Cerakote, a super durable ceramic coating. With an easily replaceable blade, this thing is heirloom quality and will last a lifetime.
Retractable
A super satisfying deployment.
Keen is a delight to use every time you pick it up. The blade is spring loaded, and deployed with a slider on the side. The slider is held with your thumb when cutting, then the blade sucks back in when released, making it safer than traditional utility knives. An internal magnet helps secure the blade when closed, and adds a satisfying snap to the deployment.

Keen’s simple, harmonious geometry makes it a wonderful desk companion as well, when you're not bringing it with you for everyday carry. Keen is free of any logos or excessive ornamentation, allowing the minimalist form to shine.
Compact

Keen is deceptively thin and small, and the rounded edges and curved end make it feel great in the hand, no matter your hand size. This is a tool that anyone should feel comfortable using, and yet it can easily fit into the coin pocket in a pair of jeans.
Ambidextrous
For lefties or righties.
We designed Keen to be used with either hand. It comes in the right handed configuration, but if you are a South Paw, simply open the back door and flip the blade upside down. Easy peasy.
Thoughtful Details
Keen is full of them.
We sweated every last detail on Keen. An internal magnet allows you to attach Keen to any magnetic surface (keep in on the fridge!). The back door is held on magnetically, allowing you to change or flip the blade without a tool. Every curve, radius, and chamfer was carefully considered.
