Bought the Mark 2 (pocket pen) some time ago with extra ink refills. Since the ink flow was very inconsistent, I reached out and within days I not only had an answer but also a replacement package! Tried it and all is flowing as it should. Great and practical pen, bought a second one.
I own several of these pens, both for home and office use and love the aesthetic, look, feel and it's ability to glide on the paper. I write worse than a doctor writing a prescription and these pens and refills make my writing look like art. Looking forward to future special releases. Keep up the great work!

Smooth as Silk. The best pen i own and i have them all over 250 pens from Mont Blanc, Dupont, Cartier, Montagrappa, Montaverde, cross, parker and everyman. Hats off yo you guys
