Replaceable Tip: We spent months getting it just right. Designing the air bubble at the end, testing for the perfect wall thickness, and engineering a secret material. Solid Aluminum Core: Tough, you can play drums with this thing, yet perfectly balanced for sketching. Rubberized Exterior: Soft and grippy, yet waterproof, and durable. Your hands will thank you. Balanced: We drilled just the right amount out of the back for perfect balance. Press-Fit Endcap Glass bead-blasted aluminum for just a touch of class.

Great (if you have lo-fi expectations)!

Cosmonaut is VERY lo-fi. The tip is broad, there is no palm rejection, and it doesn't do precision writing or drawing.

However, if your needs are very simple, Cosmonaut is an affordable, cool looking and sturdy stylus. No plastic parts and no electronics means you can’t really break it, and it won’t become obsolete.

My use case: I’m a student who types notes on iPad, and I wanted to draw simple graphs and diagrams, but wasn’t able to justify the price of an Apple Pencil for such a simple need. I use Apple’s Freeform app with Cosmonaut, and it works really well!

Incredible

Bought one for my mom with ALS. She was using cheapo pen styluses and couldnt get good control on them. When you’re living with that, it’s already hundreds of little challenges every day. The cosmonaut was perfect- good weight, rubberized, thick grip, and the right amount of give to the tip. Expert design means she doesnt know why it works so well, she’s just relived to have one less challenge. Ordered two more so she has one in every room. The best- thank you!
